Our internships, co-ops and development programs are all about real, hands-on experiences centered around your development. We offer opportunities in many of our field and corporate locations to students, recent graduates, and those seeking a new career path of all majors and backgrounds. Research & Development Internships

If you're in college and majoring in chemistry, chemical engineering or a related field, we have opportunities for you to get the hands-on experience you’re looking for. 

 

Summer Lab Assistant

Designed for college sophomores, juniors and seniors, this 12-week, lab-focused assignment will pair you with a mentor to ensure you're getting the most out of your internship. 

 

Intern

Reserved exclusively for college juniors and seniors, for 12 weeks, you’ll focus on one project working directly with an assigned mentor.

 

Co-Op

This program will provide you with the networking opportunities and technical skills you’re looking for with the ability to work year-round in a flexible environment while still attending school. 



Global Supply Chain Accelerated Development Program

Gain real-world experience working in an environment that will set you up for a future in operations, quality, engineering, supply chain, fleet operations, finance, environmental health and safety (EHS) or human resources (HR). 

 

During the Program**

In our full-time program, you will gain knowledge within your specific focus area by engaging with specialized projects and working directly with functional leadership. You'll be able to develop skills by working in a specific functional area while being exposed to all other areas of manufacturing. In turn, this program offers you the opportunity to determine what direction is best for your career.

 

After the Program

Upon finishing the program, you’ll be encouraged to join our team by applying to one of our manufacturing and distribution locations in an exciting role that fits your area of expertise.

Information Technology Professional Apprentice™ Co-Op

Our award-winning program is full of real-world experience and skill-building projects. We provide opportunities for students looking to gain experience in the booming technology field. This is more than your standard co-op!

 

What can you expect?

You will have the potential to work within a variety of positions, including infrastructure, corporate applications, internet services, security, client services and many more. Each apprentice commits to 15-28 hours per week and can continue their co-op for up to six months after graduation. 

 

What do you get?

Build your professional portfolio and help solve challenges within our vast network throughout our U.S. and international locations. A dedicated career engagement representative will support and coach you during your time in the program, while you network with business leaders of all disciplines to gain the experience that will launch your career. 


Field Audit Program

Gain hands-on experience and be supported by our network of experienced auditors as you work to evaluate and report on operations and internal controls within our largest revenue generating division. Once you complete this program, you’ll have a variety of possible career paths you can explore in finance, operations, pricing and more!  

 

What You Will Do

  • Analyze existing processes and provide suggestions to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls
  • Develop a firm understanding of our stores, including policies and procedures
  • Report audit findings to appropriate personnel and work with management to provide guidance
  • Coach store personnel on following our policies and procedures.
  • Complete analytical reviews and testing of controls
  • Participate in our comprehensive training program where you’ll gain the knowledge, skills and network to succeed in your role
